Executed a phased cut-over with parallel runs and reconciliation against the legacy system, with no disruption to business-critical month-end close.
Engineered ingestion and transformation pipelines using Cloud Batch, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery; automated ERP extraction into the corporate budgeting tool, eliminating 12+ hours of manual data transfers per month.
